How fast do I actually get the quote?

The same day Brandon visits, in almost every case. He measures, works the numbers up, and sends a fixed price before the day is out. If a job is unusually complex he will tell you that on site rather than going quiet on you.

What does a new deck or fence cost in London?

It depends on size, material and site conditions, which is exactly why the quote is free and specific rather than a number off a price list. Decks generally run by the square foot and fences by the linear foot. You get an itemised fixed price, so what you are quoted is what you pay.

Do you build with pressure treated, cedar, or composite?

All three. Pressure treated is the value option and holds up well when it is built properly. Cedar looks better and weathers nicely. Composite costs more up front and gives you almost no maintenance afterward. Brandon will walk you through what each one means for your budget and how much upkeep you actually want.

How far out are you booking?

It moves with the season, so the honest answer is that we will tell you the real timeline when we quote. The crew is small by design, which means we take on fewer jobs at a time and finish them properly rather than stacking them up.

Are you insured?

Yes. C&B is fully insured and WSIB compliant, and we are happy to show you the paperwork before any work starts.

Do you handle the permit if my deck needs one?

We will tell you at the quote whether your build needs a permit from the City of London, since it usually comes down to height and size, and we will walk you through what is involved rather than leaving you to figure it out.

Can you do the deck and the fence at the same time?
